"Had been with them for over 15 years and over constant rate increases the final straw was that they had been charging me for my adult son (out of state) for almost 5 years! Receptionist had no compassion. Left to new insurance and price was about $2500 cheaper for homeowners and 3 cars. NOW issue is it’s been over two months and still haven’t received the $3500 refund for the homeowners policy premium!! Keep getting told check is in the mail. Do not recommend. Added: we requested you remove our son’s car and him from our policy when he moved BUT you did not remove him from all the cars. I appreciate your escalation twice for the refund check but that still doesn’t explain why it is not being sent as my address has not changed and it’s been almost two months. Also, I was told I would get a return call which has not happened yet."
